Last year’s Kids’ Library Fundraiser was a great success! Supporters of Cedar Mill and Bethany Community Libraries donated over $8,000 to help purchase furniture for the Youth Services areas of the libraries. This year the libraries hope to enhance the areas with new items that will enrich every little one’s visit: Bethany Library, kids’ book shelves $2,500, Bethany Library, kids’ area rug $400, Cedar Mill Library, toddler tables and chairs $2,500. Donations can be made at library.cedarmill.org/support. Checks can be made out to Cedar Mill Library, with “Kids’ Fundraiser” written in the memo and delivered to Cedar Mill or Bethany Library by December 31. Checks can also be mailed to Cedar Mill Library, 1080 SW Saltzman Road, by December 30.

We invite everyone to get cozy and read this winter. Help us reach our community goal to read 1,000 books! Participants will be entered into prize drawings for local gift cards to local businesses including Piccolo Mondo Toys and Oaks Park. Learn more and register at Cedar Mill Library.
