Join acclaimed photographer Peter Marbach as he takes us through the stunning landscapes of Oregon in his Power of Place exhibition. From the rugged coastline and towering mountains to the serene High Desert and other cherished landmarks, this collection invites you to explore the places that continue to inspire and connect us all.

Select pictures from this exhibit will be on display at both the Cedar Mill and Bethany branches through August 20.

Join us for this community conversation celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States, in partnership with Oregon Humanities. As we witness political violence, hostility, and polarization, this conversation invites us to explore what it means for us to be bound to one another, and to ask ourselves: Is there any idea, any value, any dream for the future that we care about enough to tie ourselves to one another to protect or pursue it? What would it mean to “mutually pledge” ourselves to one another today? What would it look like? Feel like? Is it even possible?
